Initial Provider Course and Renewal Course Available
The AHA’s Advanced Cardiac Life Support – ACLS is an advanced course that stresses the importance of team dynamics, recognizing and intervention of a cardiac arrest.
ACLS courses may be required for Doctors, Paramedics, Nurses or if working in emergency response, emergency medicine, ICU, Emergency room, or other critical care areas.
All classes are taught in a stress-free environment, with hands-on training and open discussions about training scenarios.
AHA certification cards are issued on successful completion of the course via email and valid for 2 years.
What does this course teach?
● Basic life support skills, including effective chest compressions, use of a bag-mask device, and use of an AED
● Recognition and early management of respiratory and cardiac arrest
● Recognition and early management of periarrest conditions such as symptomatic bradycardia
● Airway management
● Related pharmacology
● Management of ACS and stroke
● Effective communication as a member and leader of a resuscitation team

● How do I prepare for ACLS course?
Great question! Pre planning should begin once you sign up for the course. A wise first step is to order the students manuals (purchase through Lifesaver Training). Begin to refresh your skills on Electrocardiograms. Then begin to look at Adult Bradycardia Algorithm, Cardiac Arrest Algorithm, Tachycardia Algorithm, and Stroke Algorithm.
● Who teaches the classes?
All classes are taught by American Heart Instructors, who have been teaching for more than 6 years, and are also current members as healthcare providers in their respected fields for more than 10 years.
● When do I need to renew my certificate?
The American Heart recommends to renew your certificates every 2 years, to renew your proficiency and skills.
● Where are you located?
Lifesaver Training takes the courses to your front door. We can go to the comfort of your home or office and complete all training requirements.
● When do I receive my cards?
Your cards can be emailed to you on the same day as the training.
● Do you wear a mask in the trainings?
I leave it up to the home owners or the businesses, if you are more comfortable with masks, then yes, absolutely.
● Do you offer renewal classes?
Yes, initial provider classes and renewal classes are offered.
