The AHA’s Heartsaver course trains participants in various areas such as first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
AHA certification cards are issued on successful completion of the course via email and valid for 2 years.
All classes are taught in a stress-free environment, with hands on training and open discussions about training scenarios.
Who should take this course?
The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.
What does this course teach?
● First aid basics
● Medical emergencies
● Injury emergencies
● Environmental emergencies
● Preventing illness and injury
● Adult CPR and AED use
● Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies
● Optional modules in Child CPR AED and Infant CPR
These courses teach invaluable life-saving techniques:
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
The First Aid teaches essential techniques of life-saving and is presented utilizing a multimedia approach.

Lifesaver Training acknowledges the COVID 19 Pandemic and seeks to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission during all AHA courses. All equipment shall be cleaned before and after each class using an alcohol-based solution per CDC recommendations. Any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call or email and ask.
A Certificate of Completion, 8 ½ x 11, available from Lifesaver Training upon request for $5. Emailed to you upon the completion of any of the Heartsaver Courses.

● What is CPR?
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is an emergency procedure consisting of chest compressions and ventilations in an effort to restore brain function, and restore blood circulation.
● Who teaches the classes?
All classes are taught by American Heart Instructors, who have been teaching for more than 6 years, and are also current members as healthcare providers in their respected fields for more than 10 years.
● When do I need to renew my certificate?
The American Heart recommends to renew your certificates every 2 years, to renew your proficiency and skills.
● Where are you located?
Lifesaver Training takes the courses to your front door. We can go to the comfort of your home or office and complete all training requirements.
● When do I receive my cards?
Your cards can be emailed to you on the same day as the training.
● Do you wear a mask in the trainings?
I leave it up to the home owners or the businesses, if you are more comfortable with masks, then yes, absolutely.
● Do you offer renewal classes?
Yes, initial provider classes and renewal classes are offered
